Gary Zimnicki has been building guitars of all styles (archtop, flattop and classical) for over 30 years and has completed over 275 instruments in this span. He has recently started building mandolins and ukuleles as well.

He believes Flexibility in the design and construction in custom tradition is what sets him apart. Garry says, "My goal with each project is to produce an instrument that will perfectly match each customer's needs and tastes. My customers have the unique opportunity to be as involved as they want in the design of their instrument. Of course, I am also quite happy to make suggestions, drawing on my years of experience building all different styles of guitars." He adds, "By not having any set models there are no limits to what I can offer my customers. This approach has allowed me to refine and expand my skills with building all styles of instruments and has allowed me to collaborate on some very unique projects."
