About Woodrow Brackette and Brackett Instruments from http://brackettinstruments.com/
Brackett instruments are handmade by Woodrow (aka WoodyB) and Sandy Brackett in Grover NC. They make up to 10 guitars a year from exquisite materials.
Woody custom voices each guitar he makes to extract all of the tone possible. Rather than using pre-made parts furnished by computerized machinery (CNC), Woodrow prefers to make everything by hand using traditional methods. They (Woody and Sandy) say, You won't see us a Healdsburg or Montreal at the big guitar shows. We'll be in the shop creating great guitars! Read about their Rosewood Project, where 4 otherwise identical guitars were built with different kinds of Rosewoods.
Woodrow offers several models viz. Standard Dreadnaught, Slope D, "B" body, Jumbo, OM, 000-12, "W" body etc. many of which with 12 fret versions.
